Return Policy – GolfImprove
We appreciate your purchase at GolfImprove and want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your order, the return policy below applies.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with European consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at info@golfimprove.eu or by using the model withdrawal form below.
If you withdraw within this statutory 14-day period, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the standard shipping costs. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, provided we have received the returned product or proof of return shipment.
Return shipping costs during the statutory withdrawal period are at your expense. You will be informed of this cost before completing your purchase.
Extended 100-Day Return Service
In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, GolfImprove offers an optional extended return period of up to 100 days from the day the product is received. This extended return period is provided as an extra service and does not affect or limit your statutory rights.
The following conditions apply only to the extended 100-day return service:
- Returns must be made within 100 days of receiving the product
- The product must be unused and in new condition
- Original tags must be attached
- Original packaging should be included where reasonably possible
- Damage or clear signs of use may affect the refund amount

Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Please pack the return securely to prevent damage during transport
- Include a copy of the original proof of purchase in the return package
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service at info@golfimprove.eu to register your return
- Pack the product securely, including all labels
- Include the original proof of purchase
- Send the package to the return address listed above
Refund Process
Once we have received your withdrawal notice, your refund will be processed within 14 days, provided the returned product has been received or proof of return shipment has been provided.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
- For the extended 100-day return service, refunds are processed within 5 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product
Legal Guarantee
In addition to our return policy, all products sold by GolfImprove are covered by a statutory 2-year legal guarantee under Dutch and EU law. If your product is defective or does not conform to the contract at the time of delivery, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund at no cost to you. Please contact us at info@golfimprove.eu if you believe your product is covered under this guarantee.
Defective or Damaged Products
If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at info@golfimprove.eu so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.
